1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Quotations and Contracts
3.1 Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices are subject to site conditions and may be revised following survey
- Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
3.2 Contract Formation
- Contracts are formed when you accept our written quotation
- Acceptance can be by signature, email confirmation, or payment of deposit
- We reserve the right to decline any quotation or contract
- All contracts must be in writing and signed by both parties
4. Payment Terms
Survey Services
- • Payment due within 14 days of invoice
- • No deposit required for surveys under £500
- • 50% deposit for surveys over £500
- • Emergency surveys: Payment on completion
Removal Services
- • 50% deposit on contract signing
- • Balance due on completion
- • Large projects: Stage payments available
- • Late payment charges: 8% per annum
Important: Work may be suspended if payments are not made according to agreed terms. Additional costs may apply for work resumption.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation
Full refund of any deposits paid
Covers preparation and scheduling costs
Unable to reschedule resources at short notice
5.2 Our Cancellation Rights
We may cancel or postpone work in the following circumstances:
- Unsafe site conditions
- Failure to provide site access
- Non-payment of deposits or outstanding invoices
- Extreme weather conditions
- Force majeure events
6. Health and Safety
Critical Safety Requirements
- • Area must be evacuated during removal work
- • No unauthorized access to work areas
- • Follow all safety instructions provided
- • Report any safety concerns immediately
6.1 Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to work areas
- Disclose all known hazards and site conditions
- Ensure all occupants are aware of work being undertaken
- Comply with all safety instructions and exclusion zones
- Provide adequate welfare facilities where required
6.2 Our Responsibilities
- Conduct all work in accordance with HSE regulations
- Provide comprehensive risk assessments and method statements
- Use only certified and trained operatives
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide emergency contact procedures
6.3 Exclusions
- Damage caused by failure to follow our recommendations
- Losses arising from delays beyond our control
- Damage to items not disclosed during survey
- Business interruption or loss of profits
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Complaint Procedure
Initial Contact
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the issue arising
Investigation
We will investigate and respond within 14 working days
Resolution
If unresolved, escalation to senior management or independent mediation
